Enviro Trac, LLC is not just your typical land and brush clearing operation.  Enviro Trac uses state of the art equipment – the newest to the industry.  Our Gyro Trac® medium to heavy-duty machine can clear a path 5.5 ft wide per swath to efficiently reduce vegetation fuel that feeds wildfires or simply tangles your property.  Enviro Trac can clear an acre in 3-5 hours, depending on the terrain and density of the vegetation, and we do it at a competitive cost to conventional land clearing.  Our equipment cuts and mulches all in one action, eliminating the need and additional cost to pile and haul off, or to engage in the environmentally undesirable burning of normally leftover slash.  Enviro Trac’s equipment operates on a patented captive rubber track verses tires or steel tracks found on conventional machinery, so our system is more environmentally friendly.  As Enviro Trac’s equipment moves across your property, it applies only 3.5 psi ground pressure – comparable to the footprint of a 200 lb man walking across the forest floor.  The more environmentally sensitive Gyro Trac® causes minimal soil disruption and thus it seldom, if ever, causes damage to the feeder roots of “keeper” trees, or to the hydrology of the area (which can lead to a host of new and different problems on your property).  The mulching of trees - leaving no above-grade stumps or slash piles is not the same as the violent removing of trees – roots and all – that occurs with the use of a bulldozer.  Careful wildfire mitigation, thinning and preferred selective cutting should be compatible with the most stringent tree protection goals or ordinances – and that’s the commitment of Enviro Trac – to assist you in the environmental protection and reforestation of your property while giving you the peace-of-mind of knowing it's being done by the best!!
